- The sum of the cleaning fee is $0 if returned clean or $150 if not returned dirty. If the optional toilet is used please make sure to wipe down and disinfect the entire surface before packing up.
- WINTER CAMPING: We love winter camping! Please note that the trailer is winterized from October 30th, 2023 to March 30th 2024 meaning water cannot be put into the holding tank.
- Pets are not permitted in the vehicle unless authorized in advance of the rental and pet fee paid up front. If there is evidence of a pet, you will be subject to a cleaning charge of $150.
- Smoking/vaping is NOT permitted in the trailer. Minimum cleaning fee's are $450 if the trailer was smoked in.
- Camping! Please understand that LUNA is setup with an OUTSIDE shower / toilet tent. Glamping is still camping!

I rented this caravan and everything was absolutely perfect. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The service was amazing and the people were super friendly. I had a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Brian was fantastic! The camper was perfect for us, and very comfortable. Every amenity you could need and very easy to tow!
Weather was NOT in our favor for our trip. That aside, the rental itself was incredible. The owner was helpful and responsive. This was our first family camping trip and we will rent with this owner again. They had the camper equipped with everything we would need and he did a fabulous job explaining everything necessary to newbies during the orientation. Had a great experience! Highly recommend.
This was a great camper for us. Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. Brian went out of his way to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend.
