This is our second time renting an RV from Rafael, it is always a pleasure and a great experience, the RV is very well maintained and very comfortable, and any issue is addressed immediately, Rafael is a great communicator and great to work with. looking forward for our next trip!
The batteries would not charge and were dead after the first day. This caused the carbon monoxide alarm to not work correctly. The hot water heater did not work and we had no hot water for the whole trip. We paid for those amenities that did not function correctly.
Dear Larry and Teri. We thank you for your business but wish to address your concerns regarding the hot water, the house battery charge and the carbon monoxide alert. We just hooked up the water, turned on the propane and turned on the hot water and it came out almost instantly. We installed a tankless water heater last year which provides hot water on demand.
This was a good setup and clean, with everything working as described. The owners were very kind and could tell they wanted to have their RV be a great experience for guests. Although the air conditioning from the driver vents wasn’t working, I’m sure the owners will do whatever they can to take care of it. We’d rent this again in the future.
