We rent an RV for burning man this year. it was expensive but big inside and well equiped so we decided to rent it. all the pick up process is very smooth and Ralph was very responsive. but at the same time we face significant issues. the generator wasn't the one integrated to the RV but another from Wallmart.

Ralph was an amazing host! Communication was excellent and it was fully stocked for us upon pick up. Couldn’t ask for a better rental experience!
We had a wonderful experience! We were first time RV users, and Ralph was incredibly helpful, communicative, and happy to show us all the details. He even help us troubleshoot when fires change our plans. Vehicle was roomier than we had thought and easily slept our whole family. Had a great time, highly recommend.
Ralph & Laurie were fantastic RV hosts! Their RV was excellent, easy to drive & had everything we needed. Ralph was pleasant to deal with, very helpful, and always available with our many queries. Being from Australia & our first time in an RV, we had limited knowledge of what to do/where to go.
Ralph and Laurie do a great job and provide a well stocked RV. They make sure to communicate with you throughout the whole process and make it as seem less as possible. I would highly recommend going with Ralph and Laurie if you need to rent an RV in your future.
