Y’all, the owner of this rv, Ralph, is helpful, thoughtful, friendly, responsive - just really fantastic, and he made our rental experience so much easier & smoother than it would have been otherwise. I mean, he threw in a table and extra camping chairs we hadn’t even thought to ask about. He helped my injured aunt carry her luggage to the airport.
Ralph is the most gracious host we’ve ever encountered. His communication was excellent, he was very thorough on the walk through and flexible on pick up and drop off times. Thank you Ralph for a FANTASTIC experience.
Ralph Emerson is very easy to work with and good to communicate with as well. He quickly responded to our emails, texts and voice calls. The RV was comfortable and ran well, well stocked and easy to maneuver.
The riff we have is with RVshare and the required, expensive insurance. We contacted the insurance in need of some service.
We rented this RV from Ralph and we were extremely satisfied! He even picked us up at the airport and dropped us back off. There were plenty of extras that made our trip easy and comfortable. We will be renting from him again for sure.
It was a pleasure to rent an RV from Ralph. The RV and all the accessories performed without any issues and Ralph went out of his way to ensure our trip was memorable and fun!
Ralph was very easy to work with. This motor home appeared clean but it smelled like someone before us smoked in it. It smelled fine when we looked at it and took it home. The next morning we went out to load up our stuff and when we opened the door there was an awful cigarette smoke smell. The smell was worse when we opened the bathroom cabinet under the sink and under the kitchen sink.
