- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Smoking in or around the RV which leads to odors, damage or fire will result in the forfeiture of deposit
- Animal soil and/or damage caused by the animals could result in twice the cost to repair/remedy
- We know accidents happen, but, items missing, damaged or removed could result in 3 times the cost to repair or replace
