The RV made so many problems from the first moemnet and made our burninng man exprince for a nightmare, we couldn't use the RV the whole week.
Hi Tom, on the first day I gave you a demo on how to operate the RV, gave you an operator's manual with pictures, and told you that you can call me anytime you have any questions.
The second day, you messaged me that you have a flat tire. The video you sent shows water leaking above the tire. When I pressed on asking how, you only said it was gone when road repair fixed the tire.
Catherine was an amazing host—very flexible and quick to respond before and during our trip. She gave a thorough walkthrough and provided a helpful guide for setup and hookups.
The RV is older with some wear and tear, and a few things didn’t work (awning, USB plugs in the bedroom, screen door latch). To cool the back while driving, the generator needs to run, which occasionally overheated.
Catherine was a lovely renter. The very minor snags we identified were resolved quickly and effectively. We had a most wonderful holiday in this RV and were sad to hand it back. Thank you!
Catherine was very kind and accommodating! She was quick to respond if we needed help so it was a very smooth experience for a first timer. The RV was also clean and cozy, and we had no issues on our 8 day trip!
