Our experience was overall very positive. This was our first time renting an RV. The experience was smooth, for the most part and we were really happy with all the amenities included, where other rentals make you pay extra for. We had to wait about 15 minutes for Jesus to meet us there to pick it up and the tags were expired, so we were worried about that a little.
My family and I absolutely loved our experience with this trailer! Amalia was very helpful and understanding of any complications or questions we had. This trailer is incredibly good quality and user friendly. We were so grateful for all the amenities including the inflatable paddle boards and kayak that they had available as add ons. The boats and the trailer space was perfect for four people.
We had such a great experience with renting this trailer. My husband and I rented this for a trip to Island Park and the owners were super accommodating since we rented the trailer for a long weekend during the 4th of July Holiday.
The inside of the trailer was clean and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable weekend.
