Karen is very quick with responding to questions. Delivery to the site by her son went smoothly with set up and he answered any questions that I had. We did run out of LP gas for heat midweek (rented for 8 days) and she quickly had another son bring a new tank to us.
Highly recommend her trailer in the future!
