Overall, the RV wasn’t terrible, but it’s clear it needs a full maintenance check. It felt like it hasn’t been properly cared for.
As a first-time renter, opening the fridge was disgusting — dirty enough to make me question what else hadn’t been cleaned. That set the tone for the rest of the trip.
While driving north to cooler weather, I rolled the windows down.
We booked this Jayco Swift campervan for a week-long adventure from Phoenix to Moab. The owner uses an associate for managing pick up.
Rented the van for a country music festival, great size for one person. Was told upon pickup that the electric awning was broken, and had to manually deploy/ retract it. Unfortunately this created a problem when trying to retract where I had to call RV Share and the owner, and both were very unhelpful. This should be disclosed in the listing.
Fun experience. Luis was very nice and somewhat helpful. We are not experienced campers so I was glad to watch the videos we were sent. We referred to them throughout our trip when needed. However, when we picked up the RV we were met with issues right from the start.
Everything was as stated. Good experience
