Chad was an absolute pleasure to rent with! He was thorough in our walk through prior to hooking up, making sure to emphasize where everything was located and how to work all appliances. Throughout the trip he was super communicative and prompt in his responses. Thankfully he was able to be flexible with us on times for both pickup and drop off.
This was my second time renting from Chad and everything went smoothly from reservation to pickup. Chad is very responsive and answered all my questions very quickly as I am a novice camper. This unit is newer and a bit bigger than the other unit he had and I was very pleased with the upgrade! I would definitely rent from Chad again. This was a very easy experience for me.
