Let me start with the GOOD; Tom was a great person. From communication leading up to the event and during he was great. Easy pick up and drop off.
Now the issue was this is Las Vegas and the AC did not work, it kept cutting off. He ended up buying a portable AC unit which didn't work and only made it hotter because of the exhaust.
