Rental Rules
  • Minimum renter age of 25
  • Pets allowed
  • No smoking allowed
  • No Smoking Smoking, Vaping or Drugs inside the RV is strict No pets allowed on the Furniture or Bed. Bring Back in a clean state or there will be an additional $200 Charge for deep cleaning
  • We ask that you bring back the RV in a clean state ie, bring it back in the same condition. Put everything back as is. We do Provide some cleaning supplies and a small hand held vacuum.
  • Please place all used towels and linens in the hamper. If it comes back dirty there will be an additional Fee of $200.
  • Renter is responsible for any breaks, scratches or stains caused by pets. No Pets on the beds. Please let us know if you are taking a pet with you (no cats).
