- No Smoking Smoking, Vaping or Drugs inside the RV is strict No pets allowed on the Furniture or Bed. Bring Back in a clean state or there will be an additional $200 Charge for deep cleaning
- We ask that you bring back the RV in a clean state ie, bring it back in the same condition. Put everything back as is. We do Provide some cleaning supplies and a small hand held vacuum.
- Please place all used towels and linens in the hamper. If it comes back dirty there will be an additional Fee of $200.
- Renter is responsible for any breaks, scratches or stains caused by pets. No Pets on the beds. Please let us know if you are taking a pet with you (no cats).

I have nothing but gratitude for Benjamin, for the great communication, his timing was so appreciated and the Rv did not disappoint. My original plans for my weekend was suddenly ripped away when I got a call at 1:00pm . It was the company that was delivering my rv and they called to tell me there was electrical issues with the rv and they didnt have another one to send.
Great guy couldn’t be nicer. RV was in top condition. Will rent this again.
