Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please, do not open the awning when it is windy, and do not leave it unattended while open. The renter is responsible for any wind damage done to the awning during the rental period.
- No cats are allowed inside the travel trailer. Please crate dogs that are not potty trained and dogs that are destructive. The renter will be charged for excessive cleaning due to pets & pet damage.
- Please, only put 1 ply toilet paper and human waste in the toilet. Anything else could cause a blockage and/or a backup in the sewer system and require service at the renters expense.
- Please return the travel trailer in the same clean condition as received. This allows us to continue to be one of very few rental providers that do not charge a prep or cleaning fee.
I will park the rental at any location agreed upon by me and the renter within my delivery range.
