2. Can YOU tow the travel trailer? My travel trailer only weighs 4600 lbs and comes with a weight distribution hitch, sway bar, brake controller, and rear backup camera at NO additional charge.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please, do not open the awning when it is windy, and do not leave it unattended while open. THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WIND DAMAGE DONE TO THE AWNING DURING THE RENTAL.
- Please, only put 1 ply toilet paper PROVIDED BY THE HOST and human waste in the toilet. ANYTHING ELSE COULD CAUSE A BLOCKAGE IN THE WASTE TANK REQUIRING SERVICE AT THE RENTERS EXPENSE.
- We are one of very few hosts that do not charge cleaning & prep fees. These fees will NOT be charged IF THE TRAILER COMES BACK IN THE SAME CLEAN CONDITION AS DELIVERED EXCLUDING BEDDING AND TOWELS.
- Travel trailer is available on the following dates BUT I CAN NOT START or END A RENTAL ON THESE DATES; 2/27/25 - 3/2/25, 4/24/25 - 4/27/25, 6/12/25 - 6/16/25, 8/16/25 -8/17/25
- The travel trailer comes with 100 miles per day included. ADDITIONAL MILES WILL BE CHARGED AT A RATE OF .35 per mile.
I will deliver and setup my travel trailer anywhere within my delivery range.
