- No Smoking, or drug use, allowed inside or around the motorhome. A fee of $1000 will be deducted from your deposit if smoking or drug use is detected.
- No climbing on roof at any time. Guests responsible for any damage caused to the unit while under their possession. Dogs only allowed with non-refundable $175 pet cleaning fee & upon pre-approval.
- Unit must be returned by 3pm or two hours before campsite's check-out time on the last rental day or be subject to an additional night's charge from the security deposit. No towing with the motorhome.
- Motorhome is required to be returned with propane tank at same level it was rented. Refill charge of $5/gallon plus $50 refill charge withheld from deposit
- Motorhome is required to be returned with: - Full fuel tanks - Refuel charge: $5/gallon + $50 refill charge withheld from deposit - Empty holding tanks - If not empty, $50 charge withheld from deposit

Everything was great! Craig was very helpful and showed us how everything works and how to setup and take down. Coach is in excellent shape. It was very cold out but we were nice and warm inside. He was readily available for any questions both before and during the rental. I was worried about fueling it up on return but found a nice easily accessible QT nearby and was in and out with no problems.
If I could I would give Craig and Debra 6 stars. They were life-saving ang their RV is beutiful and very well mainteined. They care about how they give you their motorhome just as much as they care about their own home. Very kind and heart-warming people, I not only reccomend them as renters, but as people and friends. Thank you again for everything.
