We had a really good experience. This was my first time renting an RV and quite honestly I was a little overwhelmed when I saw the size of it. Albert explained everything perfectly, and once I got going, the vehicle was very reliable and everything that we hoped for. I will definitely be renting this again. Provided with bedding and ready to hit the road when we had it.
We had a smooth transition both when received and returned. Owner had not been prompted that he should deliver, but he responded quickly and delivered it at our first stop ASAP.
We needed advice once during a three week trip. He responded promptly and we got things sorted right away.
Albert was always in communication with us whenever we had a question. We'll be renting again.
