Make sure to verify air conditioning is guaranteed to work during the Summer when booking in Las Vegas. In really hot locations the air conditioning for the whole RV will not work which is uncomfortable for the people riding with you. This is due to some generator gets to hot and will not work. I will always ask in the future about the air conditioning.
Overall we were extremely happy with our RV rental. Communication with the Moto team was good, and they were very flexible with both the pickup time and dropoff time. When we picked up the RV, Henry from the Moto team was extremely kind and detailed in his explanation of everything, showed us how everything worked, and ensured we were all set to go.
We really enjoyed our journey and the RV was reliable. We used this RV for a trip to Zion, Bryce, Kodachrome, Powell and Grand Canyons. We have entered the nickel and dime stage of RV and trailer rentals where the basics aren't really included and you have to purchase a bedding package, kitchen package and chairs. Keep it simple for your customers and just include all that stuff. Guess what...

The amenities in the kitchen should be very robust, with all that you would need for most cooking needs. We apologize for the lack of those items. Each of the RVs has a front sunshade that should be included with it. That is not acceptable that you would be missing this.
Like all motorhome rentals there was a few glitches but they made it right and enjoyable
