This is our 31ft Itasca motorhome. We have used it for multiple trips, and it works perfectly. Has an on board Onan generator that will run AC, and all other electronics for hours! Don't let the age of this unit deter you. It is immaculately maintained. It has 4 new tires. The renter is very accommodating & the communication is great & attentive. Drives like a dream & has all that amenities, linens, kitchenware, etc. You won't be disappointed in any way.

- No smoking allowed
- We ask that you please be respectful and do your best to return the RV as clean as possible inside. It will be at the owner's discretion to keep the deposit if the RV is returned in poor condition.
- We ask that the black and grey water tanks be emptied at the end of your trip. Full instructions will be given on how to use the dump station before your leave!
- Gas and propane will be full before you leave for your trip. We ask that both tanks are filled when you drop off the RV.
