Rental Rules
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Cleaning, propane/gas usage and dumping fees are charged according to the unit condition on check-out (no fees for complimentary items like coffee/snacks). Cooking propane usage only is free.
- To avoid dumping fee for delivered unit with full hookups, dump all tanks and wash out the hoses and stow them in the large black bin in the RV belly storage. We'll take care of the hoses/power cords
- Be sure children do not attempt to operate the slide-outs or awnings! For delivered units leave slide outs extended. Close awnings during heavy wind or heavy rain, ok for mild rain.
Worry-free Services
You may not have desire or time time prior to check-out to fully clean and wash linens to return to the condition as when you arrived, we will charge cleaning and laundry fees accordingly unless the unit is returned as found and you confirm that all linens were also cleaned. Full...
