This being a late review.. Our experience was not w/o concerns as our many-month advance reservation was cancelled ~30 minutes before schedule pickup, and owner initially would not reply/indicate reason. Owner identifed an insurance concern, and such was worked out…we had to elected nearly $200/day coverage.. we were w/o options vs missing our $invested$ event.
I appreciate your feedback, but I need to clarify several points regarding your review.
First, your rental experience was over a year ago, and the cancellation you mentioned was due to an insurance issue that was quickly resolved. It’s frustrating to see this brought up now without acknowledgment of the circumstances.
Everything was great. Very clean and easy to drive! Stephen was very communicative with us and we had zero issues with any part of RV.

Awesome RV! Clean and easy to drive even through the Smokey mountains! Owner very thorough and communicative along the way, any time of day! They are a very sweet couple and supplied necessities that made our travel experience easier so we just pack food and clothes and hit the road. I would definitely rent again!

We had such a great time in this spacious RV! Stephen's communication was excellent and he was available anytime for questions that came up throughout our trip. The RV was clean and well maintained as well. We also appreciated all the extra amenities that were provided, such as the Nespresso, Blackstone, and Roku devices for streaming football games.

We had a wonderful time exploring northern Georgia as first time RV’ers! Stephen’s RV w/ bunk beds was perfect for our family and Stephen was wonderful communicating. We exchanged a lot of emails leading up to our travel day, including details about the RV, supplies, and any other info to make sure we had a smooth getaway.

This was our 6th time renting on rv share, and this was by far the nicest rv we've ever rented! Everything worked perfectly- the generator fired first try, slide outs worked perfectly, gas stove, electric oven, tv's- it was great. There is an outdoor cooktop that easily plugs into the propane that worked great for grilling burgers.
