- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Generator will not be left at campsite with electric hookups
- late fee is $100 per hour that the camper is picked up or dropped off late, unless otherwise discussed between the renter and the owner.
- Any special trip outside of delivery and pick up that the renter requests the owner to make is a flat $2.50/mile fee.
- Owner is not required to meet renters at pickup if keys are left at camper.
