- BLACK/GRAY HOLDING TANKS MUST BE DUMPED (UNLESS ADD-ON SELECTED WHEN BOOKING) OR $100 FEE WILL BE WITHHELD FROM DEPOSIT.
- NO USE OF AWNING-THIS IS NOT COVERED BY RENTER'S INSURANCE. ANY DAMAGE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ENTIRE DEPOSIT PLUS ANY ADDITIONAL COST TO REPAIR OR REPLACE. (NEW POWER AWNING COST EST $5000)
