Joshua was very accommodating. We paid to have him deliver and set up the camper and pick it up at a campground in Idaho where our family stayed for the week.
So many positives about this rental that I’m not sure where to start! Our host was great. Really good communication, easy to deal with, and very flexible to accommodate our family’s needs. We had the camper delivered to our site. Joshua came early so it would be all set up for us and gave us a very thorough walkthrough of the camper and explained all the little things we’d need to know.
I had high hopes for this rental experience but was unfortunately disappointed.
Pros:
1. Wonderful trailer and loved this layout! Very functional with kids to have the back bunk room to close off the door. It was very spacious and fit us all very nicely.
2. Very well supplied!
Hi McKenna, thanks for your feedback. We're glad you found the trailer well supplied and clean. We apologize that setup felt scattered and took longer than expected. The uneven campground made leveling difficult, and though we cleaned beforehand, we do a quick refresh before handoff, which may have caused delays. We aim to streamline this without sacrificing quality.
