Great first time experience renting an RV. Very accommodating to our flight and travel plans flying into SLC. Have a thorough walkthrough of the RV and operations. While on the road, we had some technical questions that were quickly answered. Finally, the return process was smooth and easy.
"I had a terrible RV rental experience, and after six months, I've decided to share it.
My biggest issue was with the pick-up process. I had pre-booked the RV, provided all the necessary documents, and paid in full. The owner never informed me of any additional requirements for pick-up.
The overall experience with Salt Lake RV Rentals was good. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because there was no spare tire or jack and they were supposed to call me about it and never did. Fortunately, I did not need them on my trip.
Had a great rental experience with Simeone. Pick up and drop off were smooth and efficient. Would definitely rent from him again!
Everything was really good and met our expectations. Amenities only got two stars because of the worn out mattress which is was awful to sleep on. However, Simeon mentioned that he will fix it.
Simeon was very knowledgeable and understanding. We WILL be renting from him in the future!!!
