I’ve rented from Ben before and had a great experience, which led me to return for this trip. Unfortunately, this time was very different, and I won’t be using his services again.
I had arranged to have the RV delivered to Disney’s Fort Wilderness. However, between the time I booked the RV and my reservation date, Disney changed their policy to allow deliveries only from registered companies.
My family and I had this RV delivered for the Sebring 24 hr race. HTey delivered it early and spent plenty of time positioning it exactly were we wanted it on the site. It did have a broken awning which was made clear to us before the rental began and they did discount for it.
RV was clean and matched descriptions. Owner was responsive and communicated well.
Everything was clean and organized. Ben is very attentive and helpful. Smooth delivery and pick up. Definitely recommend.
