The team was very nice but we were disappointed in the operation itself. At pickup, we weren’t given much direction. The rental we had chosen wasn’t ready when we got there and then the generator wouldn’t start.
They did upgrade us, however, the rig hadn’t been well maintained....

- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect
- Must check to see if we can accommodate different pick up or drop off times. We work based off appointments so please arrive on time to avoid a late fee.
- RV must be returned with a full tank of gas and be COMPLETELY clean on the inside. Fees will apply for refueling and extra cleaning if needed.
