- Return RV with full tank of gas. $25 service fee on top of fuel cost if not topped off. Additional fuel cost taken out of security deposit.
- $25 propane refill service fee if not filled above 3/4 on return. Additional propane cost taken out of security deposit.
- Grey/black tanks need to be dumped prior to return. We can handle it for $100 (if told in advance)
- $150 mandatory cleaning fee / Small pet fee: $20.00 per night.
- No smoking of any kind/No one allowed on the roof
