This is a Pleasure to write. Lorenzo was a great person to work from beginning to turning in the RV. Thanks Lorenzo.
The RV was only 5 months in Lorenzo's possession and any new unit will have some issues. There also is a learning curve a renter must allow time to fully understand the RV. Example would be "How do all the buttons work and allow for the exterior step to fully extend".
