Karla was great and very helpful. First time hauling a trailer and she made her self available 24/7 to answer any and all questions I had. Checked in on me periodically to make sure I had made it to my destination safely and if I needed any assistance. Highly recommend.
We could not have been happier with the trailer and service we received from Karla and Armando! Super clean trailer, easy to tow, stocked full of the necessities. They are so helpful and friendly and made our experience so easy and fun! We will always rent through them again!
First off, my wife isn’t a camper by any means. However we rented this trailer and took it to Ocotillo Wells for the weekend. We are so happy we chose it! Aside from it being brand new, it had everything we needed for a great 1st time experience! Communication from Karla & Armando was above par and never disappointed. They were patient with me and always answered my calls when I needed help.
