- Smoking is not allowed. Violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in a $500 penalty fee.
- Please do not flush trash in toilet. A $100 Black tank maintenance Fee will be charged if anything located in black tank causing clogging.
- No climbing on top of trailer. -Do not lean or attach anything to trailer. (Tables, BBQ, bikes etc.). Any damage, excess fur, dirt, sand, left in trailer is subject to additional cleaning fees.

Easy renting from Kacie! Great communication. RV was as described and drop off/pick up option was great. Hoping it will be available next year when I go camping!
The RV was to be for 5 people…the problem that we experienced was the holding tanks for sewage were reflecting full. I addressed this with owner and felt blown off as was told the switches were not operating properly. The owner came to the site unannounced went into rv with out notice to put chemicals in toilet. I saw her with her children do this unannounced. Very unprofessional.
Laura, I’m sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay. With dry camping, as you were doing, it is of upmost importance to conserve water as the holding tanks on trailers are small. I do not believe there is a camping trailer in production that would accommodate 5 adults for several days without needing to dump the tanks.
Had a wonderful first time experience renting a trailer. Kacie was a great host. She always responded right away. The trailer was very clean and comfy. Had everything you need. Just bring food and drinks and you’re good to go. There is a DVD player with some Disney movies to choose from. Will definitely rent from Kacie again!
