2021 Heartland - Mallard 32
There is plenty of room in this 35-foot trailer. The front room has a king size memory foam bed with sheets and comforter. The bunk room has two bunk beds with sheets and comforters with safety nets to help keep the kids safe. Below one of the bunks has a futon that turns into a bed and the couch turns into a bed. We can provide sheets and comforters upon request.

Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Make sure all surface areas are clean from all debris and crumbs
- Both kitchens make sure to dump any oil properly in the garbage wipe pans with paper towels before washing, please no food or grease in sinks or toilet.
- Wipe down both kitchens and clean. $25.00 charge if left with grease
- We don't allow camping on the dunes.
