We had a wonderful stay in Carlos' RV. He was very responsive to all my questions and showed up early to the campsite to hook everything up for us, even doing his own research to determine which hookups we had at our spot (since I told him it was my first time camping and I didn't know how to do any of the hookups myself).

Our Glamping trip was A Success! Juan was always available for any questions I had. He guided us thru the Rv @ drop off. We had guest & they loved it. Juan also provided all the Basic necessities included in rental.
