Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Must be cleaned prior to drop off. $100 cleaning fee charged if not. Trash removed, camper to be in same condition at drop off as pick up. Any damages will be charged to renter.
- No smoking within 15ft of camper openings. Security deposit forfeited if smoke evidence is present such as smell or residue.
- Be respectful if you bring a pet, please clean after animal, especially fur. Follow pet fees.
- Renter responsible for water and electricity hookups, any mid trip tank emptying, or propane filling. $100 minimum fee for mid trip tank emptying. $100 minimum fee for mid trip propane refilling.
- Pets allowed if agreed with me (owner) $100 cleaning fee added at pick up.
