It was great working with Catherine! Always available for any questions we had and very pleasant to talk with. We had a great time participating in RAGBRAI LII. The camper was in great condition, plenty of items available with the camper, just needed to buy food. I have saved this for any future trips we might plan, including our next RAGBRAI. My first time using RV Share and my experience with Catherine was exceptional. She was easy to coordinate pick-up and drop-off times, gave me a thorough run down on the camper, and responded quickly any time I messaged her. The camper itself was well stocked with anything we may have needed and everything was clean and functional.
Overall great experience. Only issue I had was with check-in time listed at 3pm but was actually not available and delivered and setup around 7:30pm; owner did communicate upon booking request that unit won’t be available until 6/6:30 and accepted the booking without allowing me to accept or make other arrangements.
My family and I rented this rv for a camping trip and it was great! The rv had everything you might possibly need and was very clean. Catherine was also flexible with our schedule. Had a great time!
The pick-up and drop-off was easy. Great communication. The trailer itself was stocked and clean and really easy to use. 10/10 would rent from Catherine again.
