Marc was amazing to work with. He was very accommodating, accessible and an absolute pleasure to get to know. He made our family trip so enjoyable by dropping the RV right at our Hotel in Vegas then picked it up right on time. We had a great experience overall with the RV - circled the Grand Canyon and did the Utah Mighty Five - family of 4 with kids ages 12 and 15. I'm tallish and slept very comfortably in the upper area at front. My son slept on the table area - those cushions are very comfortable too - as good as the memory foam queen. And my wife and daughter shared the queen slideout.
