We rented Marc's RV for our family of 5 to hit Utah's Big 5 and the Grand Canyon. Marc was great about communicating with us and accommodating our pick-up/drop-off. The RV was a good size for getting around and having enough room for 3 teenagers. The RV was well-stocked with the essentials and some extras like laundry bags and kitchen seasonings.
I've rented with Marc several times in the past and he's a class act. Responsive, accommodating, willing to go the extra mile to make your entire experience within expectation end to end. Very friendly, accommodating, and responsive with all questions and requests. The RV was as described and served our family of five well. When we encountered a minor plumbing issue during our trip, Marc was quick to respond and offer several options for us and worked with us to keep our trip running smoothly. He made our family trip so enjoyable by dropping the RV right at our Hotel in Vegas then picked it up right on time.
