Brett is a great owner to work with, very accommodating and responsive when asking questions about the camper and rendezvous details. The trailer is a little quirky but that's reflected in the price. Overall great experience and look fwd to our trip to the FL Keys again next year...

Thanks for the feedback David! I always aim to be as transparent as possible. Plan is to be quirk free in the near future, as the RV undergoes some basic maintenance work here. Thanks again for the stay and hopefully I will see you again next year (with better weather).
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking allowed inside the RV. A $200 fee will be charged if smoke is detected on return
- If no pick-up is requested, the grey and black water holding tanks must be fully emptied upon return. If not emptied, a $75 tank pump-out fee will apply.
- We ask that you return the RV in the same condition as when your rental began
With Stationary Rental, the RV will be parked in gravel spot in front of residence. There will be full electric and water hookup, but no sewer hookup. The 26 gallon tanks will need to be pumped out as needed. The fee is $75 per pump out.

Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law.
