The unit wasn't quite ready when we got there to pick it up.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- RV must be returned clean. a 150.00 cleaning fee will be charged otherwise. No smoking, vaping, drug use within the RV. Full security deposit will be charged otherwise.
- Fuel tank must be returned full. Otherwise we charge a $6.00 per gallon fee for replacement fuel.
- grey/black tanks must be emptied before return otherwise a $100 convenience fee will be charged to empty out tanks.
- We do not allow this unit for Music Festival or Tailgating use. Full deposit will be deducted if unit is used at any event that has not been approved. Booking will be cancelled if intended for such.
- Pet's are welcome but please keep them out of the cab area. Use the pet blanket provided when using furniture. Repair costs will be charged if damages occur due to pets.
