Trailer had some problems. We were the first to rent it in the spring so it’s understandable there are some issues after being stored all winter but owner should have taken some extra time to prepare for this.
1. One of propane tank leaked. Owner said that’s just how it is and to use the other one. Could smell propane on the leaking tank. Easy fix on his part and liability to rent it knowing this.
I appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations. I’d like to clarify a few points:
Propane Tank – One tank had a minor leak, so I advised using the fully functional second tank. Safety is always a top priority.
Keypad – When you reported the issue, I immediately assisted by contacting Jayco, and we resolved it together.
We had a wonderful time - all aspects of the trailer were perfect for our needs, and the owners had great communication along the way.
We had a fantastic time renting Brian and Ali’s RV! We had it delivered, they got it all set up and walked us through all the important details. They had great communication and the RV was awesome. We will definitely try and rent from them again. Highly recommend their RV!
Ali and Brian’s trailer was amazing. It totally fit our needs. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Brian was a great communicator in giving instructions on what we should know after set up. Overall great to work with. We would definitely recommend.

We rented this RV for the 2nd year in a row and will rent again. The RV is clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked with all the necessities. Communication was prompt and professional. The campground we were in was dry camping with ancient electrical hooks ups, that presented its own challenges.

5 Stars for sure! The owners are fantastic to work woth educating us about the trailer. The trailer itself it one of the best floor plans I’ve seen for families or just large groups , with the private rear guest quarters . The kitchen and bathroom felt like staying in a luxury hotel. Even the master bedroom was really comfortable and plenty of storage.
