The overall experience with the RV was excellent! It was our first time with a motorhome, we were a little apprehensive, but everything went very smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The vehicle was in perfect condition, clean and with everything working normally. The amenities were more than sufficient and in perfect condition.
This was our first experience with RV share and we could not have had a better owner to rent from.
The communication with Marc and John was perfect and the RV had everything that was necessary for a perfect trip.
We had a lovely week in the National parks with our three kids.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first RV adventure. At pickup, Marc thoroughly reviewed everything about the RV which really helped us feel more comfortable and prepared. All the extras we requested (towels, table/chairs/grills) were ready to go and the RV was adequately stocked with the necessary items (plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, etc).
Marc did a wonderful job explaining to us the various systems and features and how they worked when we picked up the unit. He was also available during our trip by text and phone to answer questions or concerns that came up from time to time. When we dropped off the unit he drove us to the airport and helped us unload our bags. I highly recommend Marc and Jon to other vacationers.
Working with Marc and Jon was great. We needed two RV's and getting them in one place made things simple. Both units were great and ready to go for us. We did a great road trip out of Vegas and had a "Cool" but fun trip (weather). I would certainly recommend these rentals.
