Would be a 4-5 star but unfortunately when we got back from our 3 day trip and refueling, and cleaning the inside of the rv. (And vacuuming out the storage areas that we used underneath that were dirty when we picked it up)
Eric decided to charge us $115 for the 3-4 towels we use...

Unit was as described, and even furnished additional odds and ends that we didn't think there would be, such as foldable chairs and a mat for the front once set up. Eric was great to deal with and accommodated an issue i had with a work schedule to allow for a late pickup time....
