Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No drug usage, vaping or smoking.
- Trailer needs to be swept out and all items brought removed. If not a cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed towards the damage deposit.
If additional cleaning is required beyond normal usage an additional fee will be assessed at owners discretion.
