Our RV has the ability to be parked on our rural 3 acre property with full hook-ups (30 amp electrical). Plenty of parking and space. You'll have an open view of the Western Quincy Valley to the Cascade Mountains. The Lot has no trees, it's only a wide gravel space at this time. 30 minute drive to the Gorge Amphitheater; 20 minutes to Quincy Lakes; 45 minutes to ORV trails (no riding on property) and Moses Lake Sand Dunes; 20 minutes to Crescent Bar/ Columbia River. We are in wine country!

We prefer to rent to families looking for time away together at local state parks and full-service sites.
We will not allow our RV used for off grid camping. However, event camping for weddings and family celebrations I don’t consider off-grid, unless it is actually off-grid.

My group and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to rent from. Joe was very communicative and very professional. The process for drop off was a breeze and the trailer itself was perfect. We slept 7 people comfortably and really appreciated how stocked the trailer was for necessary things.

What a 5 star experience! Joe's trailer was everything as advertised and so much more. Joe was very attentive and was very easy to communicate with. Could not have asked for a better host than Joe. His RV was great and had anything you would ever need. Delivery and set up was done ahead of our arrival and instructions were fantastic. AC was spinning and ice machine cranking! Loved the games, Lawn chairs were super clutch, and the grill/propane made for some great meals.
