We purchased this extra day to ensure the owner's RV was covered by insurance. The support staff at RV share were very helpful by negotiating with the owner on our behalf. The extra insurance saved us from outlandish owner claims...like rekeying the ignition.
At the end of it, this is a peer-to-peer service.
BEWARE OF OWNER. The RV was nice. There were a few minor items that we weren't made aware of didn't work (ex: couldn't use water hookup, the overhead vent didn't shut and flapped in the wind). Not a big deal.
They actually called the police on us claiming we weren't communicating with them, but as you'll see from our actual txt's below we absolutely were...and they said the RV had GPS.

We recently rented an RV from Jason and Jen for a 10-day trip out west, and it was truly fantastic! The RV was spotless and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and convenient home on wheels.
Jason and Jen were amazing hosts, always available and willing to help with any questions or issues that came up.
This RV was perfect for our family and came with all of the bells and whistles! Everything was clean, supplies were plentiful, and we had plenty of space and tons of fun and adventures. We are first time RV drivers so were a bit nervous about driving a 32’ RV, but Jason and Jennifer’s tutorial and support during our travels made everything great!
