Ernie is very friendly and easy to talk to. His instructions could be improved by better explaining the working details of the RV. Perhaps leave a list of hot topics with explanations. While on the road, if a topic of concern comes up, you'll have to figure it out or wait and wait for an answer.
Ernie's RV is in good working condition. Everything functions as it should.
Everything as it was said to be and easy transaction
I have rented many RVs in the past, and this was the first time everything worked! I was completely off grid with my 2 kids for 4 days. I was able to run the LP fridge, take a warm shower, and run the generator when needed. Everything worked great. Earnest is a great guy that really knows his RV and takes very good care of it.
