Mo was great, very thorough walk through at pickup. The RV itself was great, Mo was responsive with any questions.
Mo was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He made sure we were well informed on how everything worked before we left with the RV for a week. He was always a phone call away with any issues that came up. The RV was very comfortable for our family of three, we always had plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely rent from Mo again in the future.

First, Mo is excellent at communication and very reasonable in attending to the unexpected. My review is overall positive, but the negative should be seen in light of the unforeseen need to switch vehicles at the last minute. Mo pivoted the plan when the original vehicle we reserved needed repair. He switched us to a different vehicle, no haggling, no fuss. He just called to explain the shift.
Mo is very responsive and helpful. He solved all the questions we have. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. We will definitely recommend him to all our friends.
Mo was a great host, and the RV was perfect for our needs. The RV was very spacious, and was able to host our 6 festival goers pretty easily-- one couple each bed. There were towels, sheets, and comforters available.
Mo was very conscientious to our questions, and he was very quick in our communication.
