Unfortunately, Bruce didn't get along well with us. We returned the motorhome with the gray water and sewer tanks empty. They were not checked at that time and a week later I was charged $308 to my credit card for the tank emptying service. The problem was always with the level sensors that were not working correctly. We asked Bruce to check but nothing.
Grey and black water tank where not empty but half full over 50%, we have the photos of it the day of the return. You where charge for extra millage as well, that amount was for all your extras. This was very clear in the RV description, miles and the fact that both tank need to be empty upon return. I am sorry you feel this way, but it was clear from the start.
This was a 5 stars L experience. Thanks to Bruce and his wife, they give their great european touch to the trip by perfectly setting their RV ( we got everything from nice bedding till bbq and snacks).
RV is new and very well maintained, perfect for a family of 5/6, when extended give a lot of space to everyone.
