First time with an RV: Very positive experience. There are some signs of wear and tear but the camper is fully functional and we felt very comfortable as a family with 2 kids. Kitchen well equipped. All hook ups worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the Automatic Retractable Car Sun Shade Cover was not avaiable as it was torn off with the previous rental.
Javier was such a wonderful owner to deal with and communicated with ease with very timely responses. We will definitely ask to rent with him again in the future if given the opportunity.
We had a great experience renting from Javier. His RV was in good shape, as advertised, and suited our family of 5 well. He included many extra items (chairs, cooler, table, grills, etc.) at no extra charge. Javier was extremely flexible when it came to pick-up and drop-off and was quick to get back to us if we had a question.
Javier was extremely helpful throughout our experience...and was always available by phone to answer any questions that we had during our 10 day trip (this was our very first RV experience...so we had lots of questions). Everything went smoothly from beginning to end...and we had a wonderful time. Rick

Javier is very nice and helped me through the whole process! Our family of five visited the national parks nearby and it was our first time renting or even using an RV, and Javier was very helpful in answering questions, providing supplies for us, and accommodating and flexible. The RV is also gorgeous and the perfect size for the five of us.
