Allida is a great Renter, Very communicative and respectful to Trailer as if it was hers.
If there were 6 stars for communication I would give that to Hector! What an amazing first time experience towing a camper/trailer of this size and Hector definitely set us up for success. He is completely of the mindset that you should enjoy this experience and he will go above and beyond to make sure that you do. The toy hauler itself was perfect for our family and our toys.

This RV is very comfortable and I had an amazing experience picking it up and returning with the owner. Hector accommodated my requests and provided information about everything I needed during the rental. I am looking forward to renting this RV again in the future.
Hector, was great. Showed how to use all trailer amenities. Made sure truck and trailer were properly balanced. Had all the trailer tool's available (in the trailer) incase of a road problem. I appreciated the way he wanted everything set up correctly, as the way I do.
