Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Prep and Restocking Fee The $150 Prep and Sanitation Fee includes restocking of (Toilet Paper, Hand and Dish Soap, Shampoo/Body Wash...) and sanitation of our trailer.
- Early Pick up or Late Drop off The regular pick up time is 3PM and 11AM drop off time. we give our renters a 1 Hour cushion to pick up early or late drop off. Beyond the 1 hour window - Fees apply
- Delivery Charge Delivery location must be within 100 miles from City of Diamond Bar. $100 Minimum charge for delivery within 50 miles per trip of drop off or pick up. $4.5/Mile for additional miles
- Trailer must be returned in the same condition as pick up. Cleaning supplies will be provided during the rental period.
- Gas Propane Tank - Must be returned with the same gas level or a $30 fee will be charged upon drop off.
Pick up time is 3 PM
Drop off time is 11 AM
* Early Pick up can be arranged between 8AM - 2:00PM for $75 or $13/hour
* Late Check out can be arrange between 12PM - 6PM for $75 or $13/hour
