Rental Rules

- Prep and Restocking Fee The $150 Prep and Sanitation Fee includes restocking of (Toilet Paper, Hand and Dish Soap, Shampoo/Body Wash...) and sanitation of our trailer.
- Early Pick up or Late Drop off The regular pick up time is 3PM and 11AM drop off time. we give our renters a 1 Hour cushion to pick up early or late drop off. Beyond the 1 hour window - Fees apply
- Delivery Charge Delivery location must be within 100 miles from City of Diamond Bar. $100 Minimum charge for delivery within 50 miles per trip of drop off or pick up. $4.5/Mile for additional miles
- Trailer must be returned in the same condition as pick up. Cleaning supplies will be provided during the rental period.
- Gas Propane Tank - Must be returned with the same gas level or a $30 fee will be charged upon drop off.

Wonderful experience! Stephen was so professional and a pleasure to rent from. We were able to see the RV prior to our departure date. Wonderful trailer and excellent owner. We had the trailer for a week and had a wonderful time in this beautiful trailer. Everything went perfectly and we highly recommend it. 3/5 stars for amenities is only because the Airstream is not designed for off-grid, no-hook-ups camping so wanted to help people be aware of that. It's perfect for full-hook-up RV campgrounds.
We are glad to rent our trailer to Kent. Kent and his wife are the ideal couple that’s kept our trailer cleaned. Not only they tried as much as possible by not to use any hot water. They even took the time after their trip to hand wash the exterior of our trailer. Awesome renter
Ifyou ever wanted to rent an Airstream this is the Perfect trailer with an excellent price. Stephen really went out of his way to make sure we were set up. He even drove two hours to make sure I had the correct electrical connectors. I don’t think you’re going to find another host that will do that. We had a perfect experience. Thanks Stephen.

Stephen went above and beyond in helping us with renting this pristine airstream. The RV was pretty (people can’t stop gushing how cute it is), light, easy to tow, very clean, no issues. We slept comfortably, 2 adults, a teen and 9 yr old. It was very dependable, especially when it rained, and we had to cook and dine inside.
