Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Dinette/Beds must be covered at all times if pets are present. Any tears, rips, stains, etc will be deducted from your security deposit as deemed appropriate.
- Your vehicle must be capable to tow the gross weight of this trailer AND the weight of your cargo. You should also have a brake controller on your vehicle.
- Absolutely NO smoking. If smoke smell is present upon return you are subject to a $250+ fee withheld from your security deposit.
- A $75 fee if you do not empty the black or gray waste tanks upon return. Please let us know in advance if you do not plan on dumping so we can plan accordingly for the next renter.
Please note additional fees will be deducted from the security deposit if unit is returned dirty inside or out, or the black waste tank or grey water tank has not been emptied and cleared.
