Ron was a great host! Upon pick up he spent an hour taking us through the ins and outs of the vehicle so we were prepared, customizing the info based on our experience level. When we arrived at our first destination we had a small issue with set up and he was available for trouble shooting asap. He quickly walked us through the initial set up of the RV by phone and we were all set.
I can not express enough how great of an experience my son and I had renting from Ron and his wife. The RV is phenomenal in overall features and cleanliness and they were even kind enough to have it stocked with many essentials, including wine and cerveza! Ron was easy to reach and quick to respond and was incredibly understanding/flexible.

RV road trip was a big dream of my family and we spent beautiful days traveling in California. Ron was absolutely amazing! Gave me all the tips and told me all about the specific apps I would need. He was available for everything we needed, including texting or calling him 24/7. At the end, he kindly gave me a ride to my car rental place. Thanks again for everything, Ron!
This was just the most fantastic experience. Ron made everything so easy, from early communication, to coordinating a pickup location, to giving us a tour of the RV and explaining all its functions, to drop off and check out. He spent ample time providing explanations of all the features, which were key to the success of our trip.
